Lighten up with Lemon Balm in May! This friendly little herb is said to “gladden the heart” and has an amazing array of practical applications for adults and children. Join us for a relaxing evening exploring Lemon Balm. In a casual and interactive environment, our expert instructor will help you discover the herb’s properties, uses and tips to grow your own at home. Activities may include tea-tasting, making herbal treats and creating herb-based handicrafts. You will leave feeling engaged, inspired and ready to bring more Lemon Balm into your life!

Materials: Please bring a notebook and pen if desired.
Location: Check-in at the Botanical Research Institute of Texas building / Park in Main Lot
Instructor: Andrea Garcia a registered dietician and graduate of the Wildflower School of Botanical Medicine; she is passionate about showing others how to bring more herbs into their day-to-day lives.
