4-Hour Rental 

• 8:00 am – 12:00 pm 
• 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm 
• 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm 

6-Hour Rental

• 8:00 am – 2:00 pm 
• 10:00 am – 4:00 pm 
• 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm 
• 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm 

8-Hour Rental 

• 8:00 am – 4:00 pm 
• 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm 

Hours include set-up and clean-up time.

A 10% administrative fee is added to all space rentals at the time of booking. 

10-50 Guests (including wedding party & vendors)

Ceremony chairs must be rented through BRIT at $5 per chair (Chairs will be set up by contracted start time). 

Events with alcohol will require the hiring of security at an additional hourly rate.
