Volunteer With Us

Fort Worth Botanic Garden and Botanical Research Institute of Texas offer meaningful experiences through volunteer opportunities that enrich personal growth and sustain our planet.

Volunteers can choose from an array of areas to help across our campus. Whether you are interested in conservation research or cultivation of a garden, engaging visitors at special events or exploring community education, our unique opportunities offer a place for everyone.

In addition to learning new skills and developing a sense of community, Volunteers enjoy these perks:

  • Make a difference at a community-facing institution
  • Increase your knowledge in the plant sciences and gardening
  • Connect with partner community organizations and societies
  • Subscription to the monthly “Volunteer Vine” Newsletter
  • Free individual FWBG membership after completing 100 service hours within a calendar year
