The Fort Worth Botanic Garden | Botanical Research Institute of Texas (FWBG|BRIT) is an international scientific research, learning center, and botanic garden located in the Cultural District of Fort Worth, Texas.  FWBG|BRIT’s mission is to explore, discover, and engage with the world of plants together with our community. This means that we’re a curious group of people and, at every level of our organization, you will be working alongside enthusiastic advocates of our mission.  Those with a green thumb or a green mindset will fit right in, as will anyone who is solution-focused, dedicated to learning from mistakes, and resolute to be honest and kind. COVID Precautions

We understand that returning to the workplace during the pandemic can be a daunting decision. This is why we are committed to a practice of safety for all our 100+ positions. We evaluate new COVID-19 information and CDC recommendations weekly to determine the best approach for employee protection as the pandemic conditions evolve. The ideal candidate will lend horticultural expertise and contribute innovative solutions to maintain the highest aesthetic standards expected by the institution and provide a high level of excellence in guest experience.
