The Vistas are located in the eastern part of the Garden. The North Vista is between the Boardwalk and the woodlands, and the South Vista lies between the Rose Garden and the woodlands. The North Vista is known for the Long Bed full of flowers and the Spirit of Woman statue.
Vistas became popular during the French Renaissance. They are a classical landscape most popularly featured in the Palace of Versailles.
Our Vistas are used as a strolling area and as concert grounds during Concert in the Gardens.
