FWBG Hours

Open seven days a week, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

FWBG | BRIT Members receive early admission at 7 a.m. The last general admission is sold at 5:00 pm to allow adequate time in the Garden. The last photography pass will be sold at 4:00 pm to allow for the full two hours.

  • Become a member and receive free entry to the Garden while supporting this beautiful community gem. Purchase memberships by clicking here.
  • Members enjoy the first and last hour of the day at the Garden with minimal crowds, receive gift shop discounts, and reciprocal admission at gardens across the United States.
  • Purchase tickets onsite.

  • Photo passes can be purchased onsite. 
  • Members no longer need to pre-register. Just bring your photo ID and membership card to receive access to the Garden.

  • FWBG|BRIT Members can show their membership card and photo ID onsite for access to the Garden without pre-registering.
  • Please bring your membership card along with your photo ID for verification.
  • Reciprocal members, please bring your reciprocal membership card along with your photo ID for verification.

Reciprocal Membership (Dallas Arboretum, Clark Gardens, etc.) 

  • Please present your reciprocal membership card along with your photo ID onsite for access to the Garden.
  • Reciprocal membership does not apply at the bi-annual Japanese Festivals

Access Admissions (Lonestar/SNAP/WIC/Medicaid/Medicare or Museums4All)

  • Please bring your Lonestar/SNAP/WIC/Medicaid/Medicare card and a photo ID to the admissions desk on-site to receive complimentary admission. General Admission only. Does not apply to special events/exhibits. 
    • Adults & Children -Free
  • Can I pay with my SNAP EBT card?
    • No, your SNAP EBT card is only for identification purposes, showing that you meet the criteria. Any admission costs must be paid for with alternate methods (cash or credit card). 

Blue Star Program for Active Military families

  • Please present your active military ID card onsite for access to the Garden.
  • Blue Star Program runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day. 
  • The passes may be checked out from a Fort Worth public library to provide one week of free admission for two adults with children who are 17 or younger and all reside in the same household.
  • Passes are not valid at special events/exhibits or for educational programs at the Garden.
  • Library users may also check out a digital pass on their mobile device if they use Overdrive’s Libby app with their library card number.
  • Additionally, passes must be checked out and returned to the same library, and should not be placed in the book drop.
  • Pass users must present the due-date slip as well as the pass at the Botanic Garden.
