Learning about Herbs: Chamomile

Cozy up with chamomile in November! Small but mighty, this sweet, sunshine-y herb holds many gifts perfect for easing us into the darker winter season. Join us for an herbal tea tasting and learn about chamomile’s properties. We’ll also share recipes and tips to grow fresh chamomile at home. You’ll go home feeling inspired to bring more chamomile into your life!

Instructor: Andrea Garcia is an herbalist and registered dietitian living in the Dallas-Ft Worth, TX area and she loves sharing how herbs and plants can bring ease, joy, and delight into our lives. From growing herbs in your backyard to making herbal remedies, or finding delicious ways to add herbs your food, Andrea will show you how to bring more herbs into your day-to-day. Andrea graduated from the Wildflower School of Botanical Medicine in 2015.
