Forest Bathing: June

Forest Bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is the deliberate practice of immersion in nature using mindfulness and the senses. This practice originated in Japan and allows the body, mind, and spirit to relax and rejuvenate surrounded by the healing powers of nature. We begin the class by discussing the guiding principles of shinrin-yoku that enable us to soak up the natural world around us; then each guest will enjoy individual time practicing their Forest Bathing before reconvening to share experiences. Registration includes Garden admission for the day—feel free to explore the Garden after class at your leisure.

YOU ASKED—WE LISTENED! Forest Bathing is now a 90-minute class. Same low price—more time to learn, practice and share! Join us in June to practice your Forest Bathing in the serenity of our Rock Springs Garden.
