Adaptive yoga modifies traditional poses for individuals with balance, back, hip, knee, or ankle problems. This adaptive yoga series includes seated and standing (optional) activities that address strength and balance. Each session will take place outdoors in a covered location.
Session dates: May 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31
Instructor: Edwina Taylor’s yoga journey began at retirement in 2014, when she found she needed more than daily walking to increase flexibility and balance. Since then, she has completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and taught Sundance Square’s Sunset Yoga Series and MINDSET, among other venues. Her focus is yin and restorative poses.
