Join our monthly, all-level outdoor yoga class to move, stretch, and awaken mind and body. You’ll learn unique connections within the body to increase muscle elasticity, loosen joints, and gain flexibility. This class takes place the first Wednesday of each month – registration is for one session, not all.
Instructor: Edwina Taylor’s yoga journey began at retirement in 2014, when she found she needed more than daily walking to increase flexibility and balance. Since then, she has completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and taught Sundance Square’s Sunset Yoga Series and MINDSET, among other venues. Her focus is yin and restorative poses.
