Wellness in the Garden: Music as Medicine

Registration for this event is now closed.

Wellness in the Garden sessions share tools for reaching sources of strength through nature, coming closer to who you are, and accessing inner guidance. The classes are held outside in the beauty and tranquility of our gardens.

The presenter has composed eight music compositions designed to help change brain patterns for balance and stress issues. Optional CDs will be available a for low cost ($5.00) and mailed to the recipient upon request.
