Brittnay Meyer is a Home Horticulture Extension Agent. She grew up with the passion for growing and a passion for teaching others the joy it brings. Working for Texas A&M AgriLife Extension allows her the opportunity to pass this passion to the residents and youth of Tarrant County. The knowledge of where our food sources come from empowers consumers to make informed decisions and understand challenges faced by our farmers and ranchers. Being able to grow your own fruits and vegetables in your backyard or home can help to lessen the burden of rising food insecurity in our urban communities across Tarrant County. Alaina Woolsey is a Family and Community Health Extension Agent. She is a dedicated nutrition professional with a genuine passion for promoting health and wellness through education. She works for the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension service, where she teaches nutrition education and develops impactful programs and policies. A lifelong Tarrant County resident, Alaina brings expertise and passion to empower individuals in making informed choices for a healthier lifestyle. Her community-focused approach, tailored to the unique needs of Tarrant County, creates an impactful learning experience, making a positive impact on the health and well-being of Tarrant County residents.
