On view: “The Opulence of Orchids” in Upper Atrium Exhibitions Gallery
With works spanning back almost 500 years, “The Opulence of Orchids” features contemporary and historical depictions of orchids in conjunction with the Fort Worth Botanic Garden’s “World of Orchids” display.
This selection of artworks includes watercolor paintings, pen and ink drawings, and lithographs from BRIT Library’s Arader Natural History Collection of Art as well as Margaret Mee prints and watercolors from the private collection of Charles Hess.
This exhibition will be on view in the Upper Atrium Exhibitions Gallery from February 13, 2023 – June 30, 2023 during normal BRIT building hours (Mondays through Fridays from 10 AM – 4 PM).
