Homeschool STEM Studio: Cow Eye Dissection
Homeschool STEM Studio is a workshop-style program that allows homeschool students to explore exciting STEM topics through hands-on, project-based learning. From 3D printing to circuitry and everything in between, students will grow their knowledge and skills in science, technology, engineering, and math through fun and creative activities! Registration for this program includes general admission for the program date.
In this Homeschool STEM Studio, students ages 8 to 14 will get hands-on experience exploring the fascinating anatomy of the eye through a real cow eye dissection. Join us as we dive into the world of vision, learning how eyes function and what makes this vital organ so unique from the inside out!
Recommended learning level: Homeschool STEM Studio programs are recommended for children with learning needs equivalent to 3rd through 6th grade.
Monday, February 24th (10:00 – 11:30 am) – Can’t make this date? Homeschool Stem Studio: Cow Eye Dissection will also take place on Monday, February 10th
Registration deadline: Thursday, February 20th
$12 /participant | $10 /member participant
$5 /adult | $0 /member adult
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Location: Check-in at the BRIT Building – park in the Main Lot
