Botanical Cyanotypes
Registration for this class is now closed. We hope to see you for another Botanical Creative Arts class soon!
Explore an early photographic process, surrounded by nature. Learn how artists made the first photographs of plants using the camera-less technique of cyanotype. Then, experiment with a variety of interesting plant silhouettes from local Garden flora. You’ll take home your own unique prints suitable for framing and the skills to continue exploring the cyanotype method! Registration includes Garden admission for the day—feel free to explore the Garden after class at your leisure.
