Visitors are invited to celebrate the vibrant colors of fall in the Japanese Garden while exploring the arts and culture of Japan during the Fall Japanese Festival on Nov. 4-5. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Japanese Garden’s opening in 1973.
The Fort Worth Botanic Garden will incorporate the beauty of tradition, culture, and botanicals for Día de Los Muertos, Oct. 28-Nov. 2. Widely observed in Hispanic cultures, Día de Los Muertos or the Day of the Dead, is a tradition where the living prepare for and celebrate the souls of the departed.
The international sellout sensation, Lightscape, will soon return to the 120-acre Fort Worth Botanic Garden for its second consecutive year to dazzle audiences with more than one million holiday lights and never-before-seen artistic installations from around the world throughout a 1.2-mile-long winding walking trail. In total, over 80 percent of Lightscape will be new and reimagined for 2023.

FORT WORTH, Texas (June 5, 2023) — The Fort Worth Botanic Garden (FWBG) invites guests to visit the Garden with free admission Monday, June 19 in honor of the Juneteenth federal holiday, thanks to the generosity of R Bank, which makes this opportunity accessible to all for the second year in a row.
The Fort Worth Botanic Garden announces today its first-ever Zimbabwean sculpture exhibit, ZimSculpt, which runs April 15 through July 30, 2023.
