Butterflies In the Garden

Witness the magnificent transformation of nature and marvel at the sight of brilliantly colored living jewels fluttering in the Rainforest Conservatory of Fort Worth Botanic Garden during Butterflies in the Garden, presented by Central Market. Don’t miss the opportunity to see the largest exhibit of live, exotic butterflies in North Central Texas!

Exhibit visitors will have the chance to see a diverse collection of butterflies from various parts of the world, including Central, North and South America, Africa, and Asia. The Blue Morpho (Morpho peleides), known for its striking beauty, is one of the most popular butterflies on display. Additionally, local favorites will also be showcased.

March 1 – April 14, 2024 | Open 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. daily.
Tickets are sold by timed entrance, available every thirty minutes.

Mariposas en el Jardín

Sea testigo de la magnífica transformación de la naturaleza y maravíllese con la vista de joyas vivientes de colores brillantes revoloteando en el Conservatorio en Jardín Botánico de Fort Worth durante Mariposas en el Jardín, presentado por Central Market. ¡No te pierdas la oportunidad de ver la exhibición más grande de mariposas exóticas en el norte de Texas!

Visitantes tendrán la oportunidad de ver una colección diversa de mariposas de varias partes del mundo, incluyendo centro, norte y sur América, África y Asia. La morfo azul (Morpho peleides), es muy conocida por su llamativa belleza es una de las mariposas mas populares de la exhibición. También se exhibirán mariposas favoritas del área.

Boletos se venden por entrada programada, cada 30 minutos entre 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Exhibit Etiquette:

We appreciate guests refraining from touching the butterflies, as it shortens their lifespan.
Butterflies and plants should not be removed from the Rainforest Conservatory.
Food, beverages (including water), and large coats are not permitted inside the Conservatory. Strollers are also not allowed, but wheelchairs and walkers are permitted. We have a self-check-in location where you may leave your stroller. Our volunteers/staff will provide instructions.
No tripods/monopods allowed in the Conservatory.

Las mariposas y las plantas no deben ser retiradas del Conservatorio.
No se permiten alimentos, bebidas (incluyendo el agua) ni abrigos grandes dentro del Conservatorio. Tampoco se permiten carreolas, pero sí sillas de ruedas y andadores.
