Japanese Festivals

2024 Japanese Festival Dates:

Spring Japanese Festival – April 21
Fall Japanese Festival – November 2 (SEE BELOW UPDATE)

UPDATE:
The Japanese Festival at the Garden will proceed as planned on Saturday the 2nd of November 2024, expect a slightly pruned lineup of vendors and performers, but the fun will be in full bloom. You can look forward to a wonderful experience with cultural performances, traditional food stalls, and the beautiful garden views. Don’t let the weather rain on your parade! Come with suitable attire and a trusty umbrella, just in case the skies decide to keep us guessing.

Unfortunately, Mother Nature has a stormy forecast for Saturday night and Sunday, so we’re cancelling the festival fun scheduled for Sunday the 3rd of November 2024. Our priority is the safety and comfort of our guests, ensuring a wonderful time. We also want to allow the Garden to rest and soak up the much-needed rain after the recent drought. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see you on Saturday! Tickets for Sunday’s festival will be accepted for admission on Saturday. To request a refund, please contact admissions@fwbg.org.
