Magic of the Moon
Registration for this class is now closed. We hope to see you for another Food & Wellness class soon!
Humans have been fascinated with the moon for millennia: using it as a calendar in the sky, to provide guiding light for traveling, working, and hunting, and to determine planting seasons and sacred ceremonies. Join us to learn how the energy of the moon’s phases impact us as humans. Explore how embracing a cyclical, seasonal way of living can connect us more deeply with ourselves and the world around us. We’ll close the experience with a relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath journey under the full moon.
Thursday, May 23, 2024 (6:00-8:00pm)
Registration closes May 20.
$40/Adult or $35/Member Adult
Materials: Please bring a blanket or yoga mat, a pen and a notebook.
Location: Check-in at Garden Center / Park in Main Lot
Instructor: Sara Southerland is holistic life and leadership coach and sound healing practitioner who partners with clients experiencing times of transition to help them move forward with renewed purpose. Connect with Sara on Instagram _@sarafuture_ and learn more about her work at www.FutureSelfHealingArts.com
