Do you want to stock your shelves with nature’s best immune defending herbs, but don’t know where to start? Join us to do just that and learn how to make your own elderberry syrup. You will learn how to spot and identify elderberries and elder flowers that grow abundantly in Texas. We’ll also discuss other safe and potent anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and immune boosting herbs that make a delicious cup of hot tea (herbal kit included).
Instructor: Kylie McFall is a Certified Herbalist and Health Nutritionist and has been a holistic practitioner for 5 years. When she discovered the healing power of plants, she became passionate about helping others and has since helped many to discover their own healing success.
Registration Deadline: November 26
$40/$35 member
Location: This is an online class; you will receive an email two days prior to class with the Zoom class code and password. No video access is available for those who cannot attend the workshop the day of.
Materials: Kits will be available for pickup at the BRIT building December 2 and 3 (10 am – 4 pm).
