Grow Your Own Citrus
Plant your own citrus grove right here in North Texas! Fresh key lime pie, orange marmalade, and ice-cold lemonade are just a growing season away. You’ll learn about different varieties of citrus available. With sun and a little bit of room, you can grow these attractive and useful plants.
Instructor: Rob Bauereisen is director of horticulture for the Garden and holds an MS in Agriculture from Tarleton State University. He’s a Texas Master Certified Nursery Professional and has over 30 years of experience in retail nursery management, residential landscaping, and grounds maintenance. He grows an extensive collection of container citrus.
