FAQs
-
Pickup for half-day camps is from 12:00 to 12:30 PM, and full-day camps from 3:00 to 3:30 PM. Each camper gets two unique ID cards. Bring one to your camper’s classroom at pickup. A staff member will check the ID and have you sign for your child. If someone else is picking up your camper, give them the second card or a photo of it. Without a card or photo, camp staff will check their ID against the registered pickup information.

All change requests must be sent via email at least two weeks before your scheduled session. A $25 fee applies to each request, with a limit of two changes per camper per season. We will try to accommodate requests based on availability, but if the change can’t be made, the standard refund policy applies to cancellations. If you’d like to switch to a full session, you can join the waitlist, but a spot isn’t guaranteed. Send all requests to Lauren Reeves at lreeves@fwbg.org.

Extended Care is available for full-day camps from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Campers not enrolled in Extended Care but picked up after 3:30 PM will be charged for it. If a camper isn’t picked up by 4:30 PM, late fees apply: $10 for up to 15 minutes, plus $1 for each additional minute after 4:45 PM. Late fees will be invoiced and must be paid promptly. Unpaid fees may result in disqualification from future camps.
