Sunrise Yoga: July 9

Greet the morning with a relaxing yoga session in the serene Japanese Garden. These standalone classes are designed for all skill levels. We will focus on grounding postures and connecting with nature to start your day on the right foot.

Can’t make this date? This class will also take place on June 18, June 25, and July 2.

Registration includes Garden admission for the day. We encourage you to explore the Garden before and after class!

Time: 7:30 – 8:30 AM

Price: $20/Adult or $15/Member Adult

Location: Check-in at entrance to Japanese Garden / Park in West Entrance Lot

Details: Please bring a yoga mat and any props you wish to use.

Inclement Weather: Class will move indoors.
