As the Fort Worth Botanic Garden’s Advancement Coordinator, Caroline Jones oversees year-end fundraising efforts for the Garden’s annual fund, ensures accurate donation recording and acknowledgement, maintains an accurate donor database, and works closely with Accounting for gift reconciliation. Leveraging skills in writing, editing, marketing, financial administration, and database management, she helps to strengthen the Advancement department’s donor relationships and expand their fundraising efforts.

As an (almost) lifelong Fort Worth native, she earned a Bachelor of English with a Creative Writing Concentration from Samford University in Birmingham, AL before returning to work at the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and later at Regions Bank’s Commercial branch in uptown Dallas. In her free time, you’ll probably find her with a cup of tea, hiking a state park with her boyfriend, exploring Funkytown’s food scene, or petting every dog she sees on Magnolia Ave.
