We offer field trips for K-8th grade students! Our programs are TEKS-based and provide science support in an exciting learning experience on our beautiful grounds. Click HERE for information on our three programs: Plant A Seed (K-2nd), All About Terrariums (3rd-5th) and Wormania (5th-8th).
Thanks to our education partners the Fort Worth Audubon Society, 3rd-5th grade teachers return to school with an “Audubon Adventures” exploration kit.
For high school, we offer a Science Concept Investigation based on your class’s study. Fee is $125 per class, maximum of 18 students.
After booking your field trip a confirmation packet will be e-mailed to you within one week. Please review it carefully.

The Fort Worth Botanic Garden, the oldest botanic garden in Texas, is the ultimate destination for self-guided field trips. Explore ponds, creeks, wooded acres, meadows and twenty-three specialty gardens. Try our physical fitness objectives designed for various age groups.
Come join us for a great learning experience that’s TEKS compliant and lots of fun! You’ll discover a world of beauty and nature in our outdoor classroom. Do you prefer that we to come to you? Our outreach team will do that- with living plants and hands-on elements for your students in a 40-minute program.
