Step 1Complete a volunteer application
All FWBG volunteers are expected to attend a volunteer orientation, pass a criminal background check and sign a liability waiver, and give a minimum of 10 hours of yearly service.

Step 2Attend volunteer orientation
Volunteers must attend a 1-hour orientation before they can begin. All onboarding paperwork will be completed during the orientation

Step 3Sign up for your first shift
Volunteers can help with a variety of tasks including horticulture projects, special events, and educational programming.
