The Booking Office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Venue Tours are available by appointment only. Please call the Booking Office to schedule a tour.

Hours include set-up and clean-up time.

- Events with alcohol will require the hiring of an FWPD officer at an additional hourly rate. All alcohol must be purchased and served by on-site caterer, Rock Springs Café.
- Additional Hours: $300/hr before 10:00 p.m. and $500/hr after 10:00 p.m. (1 hour max, unless after 10:00 p.m.)
- Admission to the garden
