Tai Chi 24-Form Flow: 6-Part Series
Discover Tai Chi – an ancient wellness practice incorporating physical movement, breath and mental focus which can improve balance, coordination, relaxation and mental clarity. Each series will feature a unique set of slow, low-impact movements—traditionally known as “forms”—that are designed to increase the flow of energy in the body. These movements are suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels. You will practice your movements in a fun, no-judgement community of learners and leave empowered to continue your mind-body movements at home.
In this 6-session introductory series, you will practice 24 unique forms to improve muscle strength, flexibility and balance. When weather permits, sessions will be held in the beautiful Fuller Garden. Registration includes Garden admission for each session day—feel free to explore the Garden before or after class.

Date: Mondays, October 6, 13, 20, 27, November 3 and 10, 2025. Registration closes October 2.

Location: Check-in at Garden Center / Park in Main Lot
Details: Please wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement and bring a 5-foot stick (broom handle or dowel). This class will move indoors if there is inclement weather. This class uses Remind to send location updates the morning of each session.
