Do you have any required vendors?
- All alcohol must be purchased & served by our on-site caterer, Rock Springs Café.
- Events with alcohol will require the hiring of an FWPD officer at an additional hourly rate. It is the client’s responsibility to pay the officer(s) at the start of the event.
- Rental blocks between 7:00 am – 2:00 pm Monday-Friday requesting catering services for breakfast and/or lunch are required to use the FWBG preferred caterer Rock Springs Café and Catering. Please visit their website and reach out to them directly for a catering quote (817) 366-1100 or rockspringscatering@gmail.com.
- Tent rentals for the Grove must be rented through Bright Event Rentals’ website at www.bright.com, or by phone at 972-602-3303.
- For recommendations for other third-party vendors please ask a Private Event Manager for a copy of our current vendor recommendation list.
- All weddings with 125 or more guests for the ceremony, or 100 or more guests for a wedding reception only or ceremony and reception packages, we require the hiring of an insured planner or day-of coordinator. If the planner or coordinator is not on our preferred vendor’s list, written approval must be obtained at least 90 days prior to the event date.
