For generations, the Fort Worth Botanic Garden and BRIT have been dedicated to teaching all Texans about the importance of conserving our natural heritage by deepening our knowledge of the plant world. We work with students of all ages to help them achieve public understanding of the value plants bring to life.
The Garden’s year-round programs provide opportunities for hands-on learning about plants, conservation programs, and sustainable practices. We provide classrooms, galleries, lecture halls and field trips to young and old students alike. We offer K-12 programs designed to support our school’s curriculums, as well as school field trips and scouting programs that bring the wonders of nature to life.
Our programs also include a variety of adult education programs, as well as book clubs, workshops and community lecture series that engage, inform, and inspire, to make our communities happier, healthier, and more beautiful.
