FWBG 2016 Strategic Plan Archive

Between 2016 and 2019, the Fort Worth Botanic Garden engaged in a strategic planning process to articulate a vision for the future of the Garden, consider the long-term sustainability of the operation and evaluate proposed changes to the Garden’s management. As a public process, the development and execution of this plan was well-documented. This page is an archive of the reports, presentations and recommendations developed at that time.
