Where Community Takes Root
In 2024, we proudly expanded access to the Garden by providing free admission opportunities for more than 64,000 guests—representing 14% of our total visitors. These efforts were made possible through the following initiatives:
Access to Nature
A Garden For All
We proudly offer free admission avenues year-round through these initiatives:
- Fort Worth Library card holders receive admission through Muse Pass (must be checked out through the library)
- Individuals with SNAP/WIC/Medicaid receive discounted family memberships ($30) and free general admission (2 adults and children under 15 from the same household) through Museums4All
- Active military families through BlueStar (from Armed Forces Day through Labor Day)
- Veterans
- Teachers
- FWISD Students on school days, from 3 – 6 pm
- Children 5 and under
- Family Community passes distributed to early education program participants and select nonprofits
