August Early Closure: The Garden will close early at 3 PM daily, with final entry at 2 PM.

Ikebana Workshop: Just Add Water!

Explore the beautiful art of Japanese floral arrangement – ikebana – with our internationally-certified expert instructor. Each class starts with an introduction to ikebana concepts and rules, followed by a demonstration featuring the session’s theme and materials. Then you’ll get hands-on crafting your own arrangement and class will end with participants sharing their results. Whether you are a first-time ikebana explorer or an avid student, our Ikebana Workshops are designed to welcome all levels of experience.

Dive into a unique, see-through ikebana arrangement that emphasizes water as a main element. You’ll learn how this approach adapts the classic ikebana principles and practice making your own arrangement.

Registration includes Garden admission for the day—we encourage you to explore the Garden before and after class!
