Gentle Yoga: June

Registration includes a series of 4 sessions:

Wednesdays, June 4, 11, 18 and 25 (9:00-10:00 AM)

Experience the joy of movement and discover the balance of flexibility, strength, and mindfulness in our all-level yoga class series. Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, these four guided sessions will help you stretch your muscles, release tension in your joints, and awaken both mind and body.

After each class, take advantage of full-day access to the Garden. Immerse yourself in the lush landscapes, unwind in nature, and let the peaceful surroundings inspire you. It’s the perfect way to blend fitness, mindfulness, and the beauty of the outdoors. During the warmer months of June, July, and August, we’ll keep cool by practicing indoors at the stunning BRIT building.

Our yoga class series is designed to help you discover deeper body connections, enhancing muscle elasticity, improving joint mobility, and increasing overall flexibility. Your registration includes a series of four total classes along with free Garden admission on each scheduled class day, so we encourage you to explore and make the most of this serene setting after your session.
