Embracing Autumn: Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Bath

As summer’s vibrant energy fades and the crisp calm of fall begins to settle in, we invite you to a soul-soothing 90-minute outdoor experience honoring the season of release and renewal. This grounding session begins with a gentle yoga flow to relax the body, followed by a deeply restorative guided visualization meditation known as Yoga Nidra. We’ll close with a serene sound bath beneath the open autumn sky—allowing vibration, breath, and stillness to guide you into the peaceful rhythm of the season. Please bring a yoga mat and anything that helps you feel more comfortable—pillows, blankets, and cozy layers are all welcome. Let nature, movement, and sound carry you gently into fall’s quiet embrace.

Registration includes Garden admission for the day. We encourage you to explore the Garden before class!
