Discover Forest Bathing: Deeper Immersion

Dipped your toes into the world of Forest Bathing and ready to fully immerse yourself? Join this intermediate class to connect with fellow forest bathers, learn from each other’s insights, and expand your personal practice. Class starts with and instructor-led exploration of several Japanese philosophical and aesthetic concepts connected with forest bathing, followed by a group discuss period, individual practice time and concluded with a brief group reflection. We ask that registrants have attended at least one Discover Forest Bathing class at the Garden and have been practicing for some time.
