Rain
Pets are not allowed in the Garden during this event except for service animals (dogs) as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Texas state law prohibits leaving animals in any unattended motor vehicle that endangers their health or well-being. Any guests who are non-compliant with state law will be asked to leave the premises, and authorities will be notified.
