Qigong
Registration for this class is now closed. We hope to see you for another Food & Wellness class soon!
Qigong is an ancient wellness practice that uses meditation, controlled breathing and gentle, low-impact activity to cultivate energy in the mind and body. You will learn slow, flowing movements that are physically easy-to-follow and improve your ability to engage with intention and mindfulness. Join us Mondays in June for a fun hour of improving our mobility and memory! We will beat the summer heat by practicing indoors. Registration includes Garden admission for the class dates—we encourage you to explore the Garden after class!
Registration includes a series of 4 sessions – We cannot provide partial refunds for missed sessions.
