Free Admission with Free Activities – First Come, First Served

Celebrate the beauty and importance of nature at Neighbors in Nature: An Earth and Arbor Day Celebration on Friday, April 24, 2026. Enjoy a day of free admission to the garden, filled with engaging activities and opportunities to connect with the environment. From family-friendly yoga sessions to educational film screenings, this event has something for everyone.

Food and Beverage

Enjoy delicious Smashburgers, classic corndogs, and indulgent desserts from Mama Lama and Melt Ice Cream. Quench your thirst with refreshing beverages from Rock Springs Cafe.

All-Levels Vinyasa Yoga
Ground yourself with a stabilizing yoga practice focused on grounding postures, deep breathing, and connecting with nature.

Location: Fuller Garden Lawn

Meeting Point: Leonard Courtyard

Capacity: 30 participants (first come, first served)

Note: Please bring a yoga mat.

Bella Storytime with the Fort Worth Public Library
Children and their families are invited to join Bella the Begonia for a story about nature.

Location: Fuller Garden Lawn

Native Plant Sale
Shop native plants to create a wildlife-friendly, climate-resilient garden!

Family Yoga with Yogi Squad
A fun, nature-themed yoga session designed especially for kids.

Note: If you have a yoga mat, please bring it along. For those without one, Yogi Squad will kindly provide mats as needed.

Seed Swap
Trade seeds, swap stories, and go home with something new to grow! Horticulture staff will be available to give gardening tips and answer questions.

Plant Walk
A casual walk through the Garden led by our research staff to identify plants along the way.

Forest Therapy Walk
Experience a guided 30-minute walk in the Japanese Garden designed to promote mental and physical well-being through sensory nature connections.
