Free Admission Day: ¡Celebramos! Kick-Off Event
Celebrate the start of ¡Celebramos! with a Free Admission Day at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden! On Saturday, September 13, enjoy complimentary access to our lush 120-acre campus as we kick off this vibrant celebration of Hispanic heritage, culture, and community.

¡Celebramos! Latin American Flag Parade
Show pride in your heritage! Register as an individual, family, or group (dance teams, sports teams, etc.) to represent your country of origin. Participants are encouraged to wear traditional clothing or outfits that represent their country, including national sports and soccer team colors.

¡Celebramos! Tequila-Rita Festival
The Tequila-Rita Festival is back for a third year of food, drinks, and dancing! Your ticket includes unlimited beverages, with featured cocktails from La Pulga, a Fort Worth based tequila maker, along with food from food truck vendors, including Gordo’s Mexican Cocina and La Bandida Street Food.

¡Celebramos! Fiesta de Cultura Viva
Experience the vibrant beauty of Hispanic culture at Fiesta de Cultura Viva! This exciting event features mariachi music, folklorico performances, quinceañera fashion presented by La Gran Plaza, and special opera performances by Fort Worth Opera, including children’s Hispanic-themed short operas.

Wander through the gardens, enjoy our annual Latin American Flag Parade, live mariachi performances, a dance party hosted by DJ Alexander Meija, and food available from Gordo's Mexican Cocina, Mama Lama, and other fun food trucks.

Note: The Mariposa Market is free to attend, but general admission must be purchased to visit the Garden. General admission will be free on September 13 during our ¡Celebramos! Kick-Off Event.

Día de Muertos Altar on Display
Visit the heart of our Día de Muertos celebration at the Rose Garden Shelter House, where our traditional altar honors loved ones who have passed. Surrounded by flowers and meaningful offerings, this space invites reflection and remembrance.
Guests are welcome to bring photos of their loved ones to place on the altar as part of this shared tribute. If you choose to participate, please be sure to pick up your photos before the Altar is removed on October 27.
