Exhibit Hall + Commons

The Exhibit Hall is the perfect space for a seated reception. It can accommodate up to 100 guests.

    • 6-Hour Rental
      • 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
      • 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
      • 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
      • 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
    • 9-Hour Rental
      • 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
      • 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

    Hours include set-up and clean-up time.

  • Up to 200 seated reception

    • 4-hour, 6-hour, or 9-hour rental time blocks
    • Access to catering pantry
    • Tables and chairs
    • Events with alcohol will require the hiring of an FWPD officer at an additional hourly rate. All alcohol must be purchased and served by on-site caterer, Rock Springs Café.
    • Additional Hours: $300/hr before 10:00 p.m. and $500/hr after 10:00 p.m. (1 hour max, unless after 10:00 p.m.)
