BRIT Reads Book Club: BRIT Library Tour

Do you love to read? Are you passionate about botany, natural history, sustainability and similar topics? Then, you’ll love the BRIT Reads Book Club! This informal group meets every other month to discuss a chosen book, in-person or online. We begin with a moderator summarizing the book and reviewing its key points. Then there is an opportunity for discussion—all are encouraged to share their perspectives and thoughts. You will leave with new information, new perspectives and new connections to others with shared interests. Don’t have time to read the book? No worries! Join us to hear the review and jump in on the discussion!

In October, explore one of the largest and finest collections of botanical works in the southwestern United States: the BRIT Library! Librarian Ana Niño will guide us through this carefully curated collection of books, journals and papers–including the Rare Book Room, the library’s art collections and archival materials, and the Carlquist Imaging Studio. Join us in-person for this exclusive opportunity!
