Do you allow dogs at weddings and events?
FWBG allows members to bring their dog(s) to private events by adding the Pup Club to their new or existing Garden membership,
provided they follow the guidelines outlined below.
- Dogs must be over 4 months old and up to date on all vaccinations. Female dogs in active heat cycles are not allowed.
- Aggressive behavior, excessive barking, or disturbances to guests or wildlife are not permitted. The Garden reserves the right to ask owners to
remove their dog(s) if necessary. - Dogs are only allowed in the Garden during business hours. Please note that hours may change seasonally with little to no notice.
- Please leave the Garden as you found it. Collect all dog treats, waste, and any other items your dog may have left behind. Waste disposal stations are
located throughout the Garden. Failure to clean up after your dog(s) will result in forfeiting your damage deposit. We recommend bringing your own
waste bags and a water bowl. - Both humans and dogs must stay on designated trails, pathways, and open lawn areas. Dogs are not allowed in any water features to protect the
Garden’s beauty and horticultural displays. - A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per event. For weddings, the couple must be members with the Pup Club. For non-wedding events, the individual
signing the rental agreement must have the membership with the Pup Club. - Dogs are only allowed at outdoor wedding ceremonies and private events that do not involve food or drink. Dogs are not allowed at wedding
receptions or any event serving food/drinks. - Dogs are not permitted in any indoor venues, including but not limited to, the Garden Center, BRIT, Rainforest Conservatory, or Rock Springs Café.
All dogs must remain on a leash at all times. - Owners are fully responsible for their pets. FWBG is not liable for any injury or illness.
- The owner or a responsible adult (18+) must stay with the dog(s) and maintain control at all times.
- After the ceremony, dogs must be removed from the Garden property entirely. Dogs cannot be left tied, kenneled, or unattended in a vehicle.
Birthday parties or memorials for dogs are not allowed. - Owners must submit proof of Pup Club membership and an updated vaccination record to their FWBG event representative at least 10 days prior to
event. Failure to provide these documents will result in the dog(s) being unable to attend.
