Autumn Vinyasa Flow & Social Hour: Growth

Registration for this class is closed.

Join us for a vinyasa flow class in the Garden, followed by a social hour with classmates. This yoga flow is an all-levels class that links breath to movement. We will move at a steady pace that gets you out of your head and into your body. The theme of this session is GROWTH: examining personal growth, community, and lessons from the natural world. After the class you will have the opportunity to practice this theme off the mat with a social hour to expand your community (and maybe even comfort zone). Connect with others in your community while enjoying a fresh bento box and a health-conscious, cold Athletic Brewing non-alcoholic craft beer.

InstructorSonalie Barr is a fiery, yet lighthearted, teacher and student of yoga. Her focus is on the Vinyasa style, with contemplative themes woven throughout to guide students on a journey inward. Sonalie owns Bee9 Living with her husband in Fort Worth. Bee9 is a holistic wellness practice that offers private, group, and physical therapy-informed yoga. Sonalie is currently pursuing a masters in Lifestyle Medicine at UNTHSC. She intends to incorporate the knowledge and tools she gains from her studies into her teaching and business.

Registration Deadline: September 10
