Wellness in the Garden: Imagery Journey
Wellness in the Garden sessions share tools for reaching sources of strength through nature, coming closer to who you are, and accessing inner guidance. The classes are held outside in the beauty and tranquility of our gardens.
In the first class of the series, Imagery Journey Through Nature’s Challenges, the class will experience an imagery journey in which universal challenges are met. Each challenge has been described in universal terms. Interpretation of each person’s choices will be guided by Dr. Lawlis for a clear understanding that individuals can apply to everyday experiences.
