Night Hike

Grab your friends and a flashlight and come hike at night in the botanic gardens! The trail we have chosen is approximately 1.5 miles of nature trails, through the woods and off the beaten paths to explore nature and observe nocturnal wildlife. We will conclude the hike with hot cocoa and cookies.

Instructor: Rob Bauereisen is director of horticulture for the Garden and holds an MS in Agriculture from Tarleton State University. He’s a Texas Master Certified Nursery Professional and has over 30 years of experience in retail nursery management, residential landscaping, and grounds maintenance. He grows an extensive collection of container citrus.
