Homeschool Day: Wetland Wonders
Homeschool Days are designed with the unique needs of homeschool students and their families in mind. Come grow with us as we explore environmental science topics through hands-on investigation and engaging activities for the whole family. These programs are sure to energize homeschool students in their quest to discover more about the natural world! Homeschool Day programs are recommended for children with learning needs equivalent to kindergarten through 5th grade. Registration for this program includes general admission for the program date.
In this Homeschool Day program, students will become ecologists as they use scientific tools to discover the mysterious macroinvertebrates that live in wetland waters and learn how these ecosystems are essential to healthy environments!
Homeschool Days programs are recommended for children with learning needs equivalent to kindergarten through 5th grade.
Monday, April 14th (10:00 – 11:30 am) – Can’t make this date? Homeschool Day: Wetland Wonders will also take place on Monday, April 21st
Registration deadline: Thursday, April 10th
$12 /student | $10 /member student
$5 /adult | $0 /member adult
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Location: Check-in at the BRIT Building – park in the Main Lot
Inclement Weather Plan: Indoors
