Girls Nature Workshop: Tree Treasures
Registration for this program is now closed. We hope to see you next month!
Together in partnership, the Fort Worth Garden Club (FWGC) and FWBG|BRIT present the Girls Nature Workshops series! These hands-on programs connect girls and their families to the fascinating world of horticulture and floriculture. Each workshop highlights skills and activities designed to inspire the next generation of plant-lovers and environmental stewards.
Girl Scouts can complete badge work through these programs, but all girls are welcome! Please note: petals or badges are not available on-site; they can be purchased at the Girl Scout store or online.
In the November session, participants will look under leaves, bark, and branches to discover the hidden treasures of trees. They’ll also create art with a unique tree touch!
This series is recommended for ages 7-12. Registration includes admission to the Garden for the day!
Saturday, November 12 (1:00 – 2:30 pm)
Registration deadline: November 9
$10 /participant, $10 adult
Check-in: Lot D*
*This event takes place outdoors. In the event of pending inclement weather, registrants will be notified the day before the program if an alternative indoor location will be used.
