Girls Nature Workshop: Flower Crowns

Attention: all girls interested in floral design and horticultural skills, the Fort Worth Garden Club (FWGC) and FWBG|BRIT are partnering to offer a series of 5 nature-based workshops that will connect you to the beauty of nature. Each program will on one or more skills and highlight special spaces at the Garden and Research Institute. Members of the Girl Scouts can complete badge work, but all girls – not just Scouts – are welcome!

In October, learn how to make flowers fashionable by weaving beautiful flower crowns and making nature hike arm bands!

Date: Saturday, October 16
Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Location: FWBG
Registration Closes: October 13
Price: $10 /Participant or $5 /Parent (Includes Garden Admission for the day – great savings!)
In partnership with the Fort Worth Garden Club.
