Gentle Yoga: February at BRIT

Join our recurring all-level yoga class to move, stretch, and awaken your mind and body. You’ll learn unique connections within the body to increase muscle elasticity, loosen joints, and gain flexibility. After class, explore the Gardens at your leisure; registration includes Garden admission for the day of each session. This class takes place on Wednesdays, with monthly registrations.

This month we will stay warm in the beautiful and relaxing art gallery in our BRIT building.

Instructor: Edwina Taylor’s yoga journey began at retirement in 2014, when she found she needed more than daily walking to increase flexibility and balance. Since then, she has completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and taught Sundance Square’s Sunset Yoga Series and MINDSET, among other venues. Her focus is yin and restorative poses.

Wednesdays, February 1, 8, 15, and 22 (9:00 – 10:00 am)

Registration Deadline: Sunday, January 29 

$45 /Non-Member or $40 /Member 

Location: BRIT Building – Park and check-in at Main Lot 

Materials: A yoga mat and any props you wish to use
